These Terms govern your use of the Trucking with AI website and the Flash Recruit messaging service. By using the site or responding to our messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Trucking with AI provides driver pre-qualification and recruiting coordination on behalf of motor carriers. We contact people who have applied to a driving position to assess fit and coordinate recruiter follow-up.

2. Messaging

Your use of our SMS program is governed by our SMS / Messaging Terms. By providing your mobile number when applying to a position, you consent to receive recurring automated messages about that position; you may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

3. No employment guarantee

Pre-qualification is not an offer of employment. Hiring decisions are made solely by the motor carrier you applied to. We make no promise of pay, benefits, or a hiring outcome.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or services, including by submitting false information, interfering with operation, or attempting unauthorized access.

5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trucking with AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
