Trucking with AI ("we," "us"), through its Flash Recruit service, provides driver pre-qualification to motor carriers, including outreach to job applicants by SMS and phone. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information we collect
- Contact information you or a hiring carrier provide when you apply to a driving position — such as your name, mobile phone number, and the role you applied for.
- Conversation content — your replies to our SMS and phone outreach (e.g., CDL class, experience, endorsements, location, availability).
- Delivery and consent metadata — opt-in source and timestamp, message delivery status, and opt-out events.
2. How we use information
- To contact you about the driving position you applied to and to pre-qualify you for it.
- To share a summary of qualified candidates with the hiring carrier so a recruiter can follow up.
- To maintain records of consent and opt-outs and to comply with applicable law.
3. Mobile information & SMS consent — no sharing with third parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, opt-in status, or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We use your mobile number solely to deliver the messaging described in our SMS / Messaging Terms and to coordinate recruiter follow-up with the carrier you applied to.
We may share information only with: (a) the hiring carrier you applied to, for recruiting purposes; and (b) service providers that help us operate the messaging platform (for example, our SMS/voice provider), bound to use it only to provide that service. Neither category includes sharing your opt-in data or consent for third-party marketing.
4. Your choices
- Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can reply HELP for assistance.
- Access or deletion — contact us at support@truckingwithai.com to request access to or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law.
- Providing your number and consent is never a condition of employment or of any purchase.
5. Data retention
We retain consent records, messages, and opt-out events for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.
7. Your rights (state privacy laws)
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, contact support@truckingwithai.com.
